Paulina focuses her practice on the elaboration of various analyses and reports, particularly in the legal area, which help to foresee risk scenarios and identify conflict factors regarding the constitutionality of governmental decisions, legislative and regulatory monitoring of highly regulated sectors, prevalence of corruption, extra-legal decisions, contract compliance, among others. She has more than 10 years of experience in the public sector, having served as Deputy Director General at the Legal Department of the Federal Executive (CJEF), and worked at the General Directorate of Legal Affairs of the National Human Rights Commission (CNDH). She holds a law degree, specialising in amparo law and a master's degree in constitutional law and human rights from the Universidad Panamericana (UP), Mexico City campus. She also holds a master's degree in conflict studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
