Karen collaborates in the area of impact by identifying areas of social influence, conducting cartographic analysis, community characterization and quantitative and qualitative analysis in the social diagnostics prepared for our clients. She participated in the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in the development of the Regional Report "Citizen Security with a Human Face: Diagnosis and proposals for Latin America 2013-14". She worked in the area of Migration and Human Rights of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE) and in the NGO World Vision in the area of migrant children. She developed social impact assessments for renewable energy projects in different parts of Mexico and collaborated in diagnoses and evaluations of programs with actors such as the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the federal government. She is an internationalist from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and a political scientist from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). She has a diploma in Data Science and Machine Learning from BEDU, as well as a course on Labor Justice Reform and Database Administration, both from the Escuela Federal de Formación Judicial (EFFJ).
