Jacques carries out political analysis and participates in the design and elaboration of studies and reports. In particular, he has specialised in conducting fieldwork visits to better understand the political, economic and social context of several Mexican states. He has professional experience in the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in political consultancy projects and in non-governmental organisations. He is a columnist for several digital newspapers and author of a book and several articles on human rights and democracy in academic and popular magazines. He holds a degree in International Relations from the Universidad Anáhuac México and a master's degree in Modern and Contemporary History from the Instituto Mora.
